Activity Description

In this clinical case review, Dr. Sara Haug explores considerations for the management of a patient with diabetic macular edema (DME) who is receiving monthly anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapy without attaining disease control.


Target Audience

The intended audience for this activity is retina specialists, comprehensive ophthalmologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) and DME.


Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this activity, participants should be better able to incorporate therapeutic options early to reduce vision loss in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME).
