These dishes are not only about sustenance but also comfort. In this course, you’ll prepare delicious bistro classics such as hearty stews, rustic tarts, and simple, yet elegant desserts. You’ll also enjoy step-by-step chef demonstrations of cooking techniques and recipes from the pages of the CIA’s Bistros and Brasseries.

As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a CIA Masters Collection kitchen utensil to take home.
