Plus, soup preparation provides essential culinary lessons, from flavor development to seasoning. In this class, you’ll learn the fundamental techniques and characteristics of various soup categories as you prepare a selection of satisfying bowls based on a variety of meats, legumes, and seasonal vegetables. By the end of the day, you’ll realize just how versatile soups can be!

As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a CIA Masters Collection kitchen utensil to take home.
