New and Emerging Therapeutic Options for the Prophylaxis, Empirical Treatment, Pre-Emptive and Targeted Treatment of Invasive Fungal Infections (IFIs)

Target audience
The enduring activity is intended for health care professionals, particularly physicians, clinical microbiologists, researchers, nurse, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, specializing in prevention and management of fungal infections.

Learning objectives
Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:
-Differentiate new and emerging therapeutic options for the prophylaxis, empirical treatment, pre-emptive and targeted treatment of invasive fungal infections (IFIs) including invasive aspergillosis and invasive candidiasis.

Method of Participation
In order to receive credit, participants should read the entire monograph, complete and submit an evaluation and score at least 70% on the self-assessment test.
