Diving into DQSA: The High Dive – Understanding the Draft MOU

Access Activity

Overview / Abstract:

Mail-order pharmacy is commonplace practice. Imagine what would happen if your pharmacy was no longer able to send a medication to a patient who lives in another state. That’s a real possibility under the proposed Memorandum of Understanding that the FDA has drafted as part of §503A and the Drug Quality & Security Act of 2013 (DQSA). Learn how that MOU may affect your patients and your business.

This lesson is a knowledge-based CE activity and is targeted to pharmacists and technicians.
