Heart failure: Traditional Therapies and Novel Agents

Overview / Abstract:

This CPE activity is intended to refresh pharmacists on the current ACCF/AHA guideline recommendations on the use of pharmacotherapy in heart failure and to introduce them to two novel heart failure agents, sacubitril-valsartan and ivabridine. The activity will describe the agents' characteristics and potential role in heart failure therapy.
