Case Studies in HIV and HCV Coinfection: A STEP-HIV Initiative

Overview / Abstract:

This webinar is the latest in a series of Special Training for Effective Providers in HIV (STEP-HIV) initiatives developed by ACTHIV and the American Academy of CME, Inc. to promote HIV workforce development through education for healthcare professionals who are in training or who are in practice but are new to HIV medicine. It will focus on the approach to evaluation and management of patients with HIV/chronic HCV infection, beginning with a review of current epidemiologic data and management guidelines and offering guidance on how to implement them in practice.
