This is an interactive course that aims to ensure that allergists and allied health providers understand Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). The course discusses the characteristics, symptoms, and triggers of EoE and explains how it is different from other allergic reaction diseases. Diagnostic and management strategies, including diets and medications, are also covered at length.
