Overview / Abstract: |
Health Spectrum™ allows you to experience a “virtual office,” where you will navigate your way through interactive patient charts, viewing text, patient videos, expert faculty commentary, and animated graphs. Click on color/hyperlinked words for extra “pop-up” information in each tab. Answer questions and see how your answers compare to those of your peers. You'll start with Casey, a 33-year-old woman who appears to be having some breakthrough disease activity despite a fairly stable course of relapsing MS. Next is James, a 42-year-old man with aggressive-onset MS who is experiencing changes in health status that require careful monitoring. You'll also hear expert commentary from our faculty, neurologist Edward Fox, MD, PhD, Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Texas Dell Medical School, as well as Lori Mayer, DNP, MSN, RN, MSCN, Nurse Specialist at the Multiple Sclerosis Clinic of Central Texas. |
