Overview

PDHLibrary.com was started in 2009 and is the continuing education division of Southard Engineering, Inc. Southard Engineering, Inc is a structural engineering firm located in Gainesville, Florida and was started in 2001. Southard Engineering's consulting practice involves the design of low rise structures such as office buildings, schools, retail buildings, emergency operation centers, metal building foundations, and most other building types. We also provide specialty engineering services for roof system design. We have extensive design experience using concrete, masonry, steel, light-gage cold formed steel, timber, and concrete tilt-up wall construction.

PDHLibrary.com provides continuing education courses in civil, electrical, geotechnical, mechanical, and structural engineering. Our goal is to provide quality continuing education courses at a great price. Though we are still a small continuing education provider, we are constantly working towards improving our website and look forward to building a bigger and better store of courses. For example, this summer we will be adding a star rating system to the website as well. If courses rate poorly we will improve them or remove them. We want to hear from you on how we can improve our services so please contact us.
