What are the recommended follow-up and post-care strategies for patients who have recovered from COVID-19? In this concise 15-minute CME-certified vlog, hear from leading Pulmonology expert, Imre Noth, MD, Chief of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, who will discuss long-term post-COVID-19 monitoring strategies. Learn the latest guidance and clinical evidence.
This activity is intended for pulmonologists, pathologists, radiologists, infectious disease specialists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers who care for patients with COVID-19.
COVID-19 is still a relatively new type of infection, and many clinicians still lack familiarity with how to properly monitor and care for these patients long-term, even after recovery. Upon completion of this activity, clinicians will be better able to incorporate recommendations to appropriately assess and manage patients who have recovered from COVID-19.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Incorporate recommendations to appropriately monitor and treat patients with COVID-19-related acute lung injury and ARDS
• Incorporate recommendations to appropriately monitor and treat patients with COVID-19-related acute lung injury and ARDS
