Drs. Constance Okeke and Brandon Ayres describe their current treatment strategies for patients seeking spectacle independence and vision at all distances. They discuss how to manage patient expectations for presbyopia correcting IOL patients during the preoperative consultation, and how to determine the visual distance needs of presbyopia patients. They describe how they manage patients with comorbid conditions, like glaucoma, post-corneal refractive surgery, and other corneal abnormalities.
