This course teaches students to effectively create, conserve, and distribute an estate, covering a wide range of topics related to estate planning. From these course chapters, students will become acquainted with the knowledge needed for ownership provisions and beneficiary designations in estate distribution. The course adds value to an estate planner's abilities, in that it trains the reader about many cautions to consider in regard to estate planning. This includes a comprehensive overview of the processes, programming, planning, legal concerns and limitations in estate planning. The agent will be able to better determine the needs and goals of his or her clients, to analyze how far their present assets and insurance will go, and to provide for any deficiencies. |
