Overview / Abstract:

In this section you will dive deeper into the legal system and the many different areas of the law a paralegal may choose to practice including: property law, family law, estates and elder law, immigration law, intellectual property and digital law, and bankruptcy law. You will explore the court system in depth, and become acquainted with the procedures for your state. At the end of this course you will be required to research your state requirements for the paralegal certification.
