Overview / Abstract:

This self-study course is designed to be taken at your convenience, and on your own schedule. You have 90 days to finish the course once you begin.

This course is designed to help engineers and other technical professionals plan, prepare, and deliver effective technical presentations. It demonstrates ways in which you could improve your presentations for meetings, briefings, and reports sharing research findings and other information.

The course covers the initial planning and preparation of notes and media as well as the delivery of the presentation, including question/answer sessions.

After this course, you will be able to:
- Plan a presentation
- Prepare presentation notes and media
- Kick off a presentation
- Deliver a presentation
- Engage in a question and answer session
