Access Activity

Overview / Abstract:

Our clients come to us with an array of grief-related issues. In this webinar we examine how worry, anger, and guilt can take over the lives of our clients. First we will identify common worries of people in grief and learn an effective method to help our clients worry in healthy ways. Next, we will examine anger during bereavement and identify common targets, suggestions for coping with anger, and techniques for dealing with anger from others. Following this we will investigate 12 types of guilt during bereavement. We will finish with 15 suggestions for coping with guilt.
