This all new Cleveland Clinic educational activity will focus on valve disease, particularly the newest issues involving structural valve interventions. Emphasis is placed on echocardiographic and clinical evaluation of diastolic dysfunction, as well as new and emerging imaging techniques. Clinical indications for structural interventions and surgery will be discussed, as well as the merits and goals of medical management.
