Live and via webinar Learning Objectives: Discuss pharmacogenetic testing methods and the role of the pharmacist in delivering individualized patient care Discuss how to interpret pharmacogenomic test results Review of pharmacogenomics in evidence-based guidelines and the impact of pharmacogenomics on patient medication regimens Target Audience: Pharmacists in all practice settings.
