Learning Objectives:

Discuss pharmacogenetic testing methods and the role of the pharmacist in delivering individualized patient care

Discuss how to interpret pharmacogenomic test results

Review of pharmacogenomics in evidence-based guidelines and the impact of pharmacogenomics on patient medication regimens

Target Audience: Pharmacists in all practice settings.

Pre-test
Lecture
On-site post-test

Achieving a passing score of the assessment post-test is not a requirement of obtaining continuing education credit; however participating in all active learning components is.
