The course addresses the health disparities of LGBTQ individuals, based the social determinants of health, including barriers to accessing care, lack of routine SOGI data collection, discrimination, and lack of provider knowledge about LGBTQ health. Concrete steps to improve the welcome to this population will be offered. |
