This activity is intended for neurologists, geriatricians (primary), psychiatrists, PCPs, NPs, PAs, social workers, and nurses.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

Recognize the importance of early recognition and confirmation of a diagnosis of MCI and AD, especially among patients from racial, ethnic, and underserved communities who are at increased risk
Recognize the mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety profiles, and appropriate patient types for treatment options for MCI and AD
Understand the patient and caregiver journey from recognition and diagnosis of MCI/AD to treatment and identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement within racial, ethnic, and underserved communities
Summarize the rationale for proven strategies to address brain-health disparities in the African American community and other underserved rural and ethnic populations
