Access Activity

Overview / Abstract:
Illinois law requires that health providers with professional licenses issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR ) that require CE credits for renewal must complete 1 hour of CE on the topic of sexual harassment prevention training per licensure period.

Sexual harassment is a continuing concern in the workplace. Pharmacists should be knowledgeable enough to recognize sexual harassment, including the different types and what to do when they encounter it. They should also know the options they have for reporting sexual harassment, and the protections that they have against retaliation if they report sexual harassment.
