Target Audience This educational activity is directed toward nephrology nurses and nurse practitioners who treat patients with diabetes and CKD. Program Overview This online, on-demand virtual symposium brings together experts in diabetic kidney disease. In this educational program, these experts use a case-based format to discuss renal and cardiovascular involvement in patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease (CKD), team-based approaches to disease management, and treatment options tailored to individual patient needs. This educational activity is an archive of a live symposium held on May 22, 2022.
