This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of neurologists, primary care physicians, and advanced practice providers in neurology and primary care.

Program Overview
Advances in the understanding of the pathogenesis of migraine have led to the approval of new pharmacologic classes addressing the role of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), such as gepants. With the evolving migraine therapeutic landscape, it is important for clinicians to be up to date regarding preventive and acute strategies for migraine, including the role of gepants in migraine management. Join Dr Jessica Ailani in this 30-minute educational podcast as she discusses recommendations for the use of acute and preventive migraine therapies, evaluating gepants for migraine according to efficacy and safety data, and recommending gepants for the treatment or prevention of migraine according to patient- and disease-specific factors.
