Overview / Abstract: |
Can you recognize severe asthma? Our easy-to-administer digital quality improvement (QI) program walks you through steps to assess how well your clinical practices align with evidence-based practice, allows you to select goals to address your identified gaps, dynamically creates an action plan for you or your team, and offers pre-developed interventions to achieve these goals. QI doesn't have to be overwhelming. Improve your patient outcomes and drive changes to impact care by diagnosing severe asthma earlier and reducing delays in referring to a specialist. |
