Overview / Abstract: |
This 30-minute CME program highlights the latest clinical research about Cushing’s syndrome and Cushing’ disease. Cushing’s syndrome is rare endocrine disorder characterized by chronic hypercortisolism. It is often due to a pituitary adenoma producing excessive ACTH leading to hypercortisolism. Symptoms can range from mild to extensive. This CME program, hosted by Maria Fleseriu, MD, FACE, Professor of Medicine and Neurological Surgery, Director of the Pituitary Center at Oregon Health & Science University, provides an overview of the latest clinical research presented at ENDO 2024 involving Cushing’s syndrome. |
