Residual excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) associated with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and narcolepsy is a common, debilitating condition that compromises patients' overall health, wellness, and safety. The field of sleep medicine is rapidly evolving to address the unmet needs of EDS as novel treatment options become available.
