Overview / Abstract:

Compounding pharmacists and practitioners must remain aware of ongoing legal and regulatory developments so that they may tailor their practices accordingly and avoid disciplinary actions and/or disruptions to business. This presentation will review recent agency guidance and interpretations and stakeholder responses for both human and veterinary compounding practices. 

The American College of Apothecaries (ACA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. ACA has accredited this program for 1.5 contact hour (0.15 CEUs) of continuing education credit for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
