Overview / Abstract: |
Pharmacy professionals are key in spotting and managing adrenal health. Adrenal fatigue is often overlooked and can range from normal function to serious conditions like Addison’s disease. Many patients experience symptoms that are easy to miss or misinterpret. In this 1-hour CE session, we’ll discuss simple signs of adrenal insufficiency and the main hormones involved, such as adrenaline, hydrocortisone, and progesterone. Our aim is to equip you with practical tools to help identify and manage patients with adrenal issues, enhancing the patient-practitioner relationship and leading to better long-term outcomes. |
